RUNNING TRAINING FEES

LEVEL 1 - BRONZE

For small groups
£8/person per session
  • 3 – 5 runners (you and your friends)
  • 1 hour session
  • Skills and technique
  • Training plan – Running

LEVEL 3 - GOLD

For individuals - minimum of 6 sessions
£50.00/session
  • One-to-one Training
  • 1 hour session
  • Technique and skills training
  • Strength and conditioning program
  • Personalised running plan up to 20 weeks*
  • Diet, hydration and race day plan
  • Full email and phone support (for prepaid accounts only; minimum of two sessions per week one S&C, one running skills, that is if booked for 6 weeks personalised running plan for 6 weeks etc.
